Will it fit my shower?
It threads onto standard US 1/2 inch shower arms, which most homes have. If your current head screws off the pipe coming out of the wall, this will fit.
Do I need a plumber to install it?
No. Unscrew your old head, wrap the threads with the included tape, and screw on the arm. Hand tight plus a quarter turn with a wrench. Most people finish in about 15 minutes.
Are you really a plumber?
Yes. I work as a plumber full time and install shower valves and trim every week. I picked this set because it is simple to install and the parts hold up.
Will it lower my water pressure?
Each head runs at your home's normal pressure. When you run both at once, the flow is split between them, so each one feels a bit softer.
Will the handheld holder stay on the wall?
The holder uses a strong adhesive pad. Clean and dry the tile first, then let it set for 24 hours before you use it.
It drips at the connection. What do I do?
Take it off, wrap the arm threads 3 to 4 times clockwise with the thread tape, and make sure a washer is seated inside each fitting. Then tighten again. Don't over-tighten or you can crack the washer.
How do I keep the nozzles clean?
The nozzles are soft rubber. If hard water builds up, rub them with your thumb to break it loose. For heavy buildup, soak the head in white vinegar for 30 minutes.
